Midnight Walk

On 24th September the two Julies completed their five and a half mile walk for St John's Hospice. One of the rewarding experiences were the group of young lads that emptied their pockets on their way home from a night out. The support was really appreciated and helped Julie and Julie on the way round.

Access To Justice

enquires@graystons.co.uk

Act now if you are considering a medical negligence claim.

The government is in the process of changing the law which will make it harder for victims of medical negligence to obtain legal aid to fight their case. The changes could mean that medical negligence cases will be fought on a no win no fee arrangement, unless the victim has their own legal insurance. Part of the victim's compensation could then be used to pay legal fees.
If you feel you have suffered from an error made by a hospital, doctor or other medical professional that resulted in injury, loss or damage, or you feel that they failed to diagnose a medical condition, we may be able to help.
Graystons Solicitors is a friendly, accessible firm with a team of dedicated and specialist lawyers.

Contact us now for free advice about any potential claim to see if you can access legal aid before the government's proposals are brought into force.

Julie Grayston advises those concerned about injuries which may be caused by clinical negligence to act as soon as possible.
